Does anybody remember the band "Medication" ? It was a "supergroup" with the ugly kid joe frontman and Logan Mader (he was guitar player for machine head, soulfly etc...). Anyway, I just saw an official Video of their first and only album & spotted a (hed) p.e. sticker on the guitar:
