Renegade two, a smart business move maybe. I do like the song though, especially those three slow seconds.

it might be similar to Renegade but it has some nice guitar parts that don't really sound like any other hed songs imo.

and when it comes to the new edition of NWO, I really wish they got rid of those goddamn intros...

The squawking doesnt really annoy me, but I agree a little that it sounds 'rushed'...production isnt like crystal clear. Still, I love the song. I think it sounds great.

im not saying it sounds like juggalo music, but at every show, when he praises juggalos...which never really started until he started this "squawking"...i dont think it'll change anytime soon if he keeps praising juggalos.

...I agree, actually. I wouldnt whine if he stopped, but either way, I dont see the big deal. It makes the song sound angrier in my opinion lol

Or it could just be the fact that it doesn't sound good enough to do in almost every damn song. There's a time and a place for it, but it just doesn't fit with a lot of songs that it's actually in. I like it in heavier songs, but when it takes the place of what could otherwise be a pretty solid rap verse, then it gets annoying.

I think the problem with the "squaking" is that its all just been sounding the same. Jahs always done screams or squaks, just lately imo a lot of them have been sounding similar. Maybe age is effecting is voice? idk But seriously you cant say that here and now and reneadge scream rapping doesn't sound alike.

Another thing i hate about Here And Now is that the lyrics are complete bullshit

Ok, after listening to old hed and new hed I think I got this whole "squawking" thing figured out. Jahred is just doing something new. lol. In old hed songs any screaming would be like one word or a sentence, now its whole versus.

Oh and, i sent a message to (hed) on the myspace, asking if there will be more songs than just Here And Now on the re-release, but i haven't got an awnser yet.

man, stop living in a dreamland people. the way they play and jah sings is just how it is. there is no way you can have any effect on how (hed) make music. i don't know why you guys even bother going... "but why can't they play how they used to play, jah screams too much" blah blah blah - because you won't find any answers. jah's voice is probably on the downhill stretch at his age and he can't hold the melodies he once could.

accept it for what it is or don't accept it at all i say.

that's the point, (hed) style has changed and it won't be the way it used to be.

and i don't think it's bad, it's just different and i like Here and Now, it's more aggressive because of this "squawking"
