New HPEO skin revamp!

I went ahead and updated the skin on good 'ol hedpeonline dot com! Since our community has had the same look for a couple years I decided it needed a facelift. But this is new layout is just here as a demonstration. If you folks don't like it please vote against it and vice/versa if you wish to keep it. Also if its not too much to ask, type up some suggestions on what would make the layout better, i.e. colors, fonts etc.

A big thank you to everyone for their feedback and continued support here on HPEO.

when you login you can't see what you write. clever
not very happy with the text font, but the besides from that i like it
looks like you have to do something with the dots to the left of the posts as well. now there's a red circle around the either blue, yellow or whatever blinking dot.
would like to keep the new layout with some edits.

What font could you suggest that would make the forum look more appealing? The current fontstyle is: Calibri

It looks much bigger. but at the same time not ridiculously big, but I think it looks great. Very easy font to read. What does everyone else think?

it might be just me, but every now again i click on the gallery tab and only seee x's where the pics should be. i would really like to post pics here and see others

I am really digging the whole layout. It brings a whole new feel to the board, well to me it does.

messages font is too big and background must be lil darker.

Yup, diggin' this layout. The only thing I don't like is the font size being slightly too big.

I like this layout a lot too. The font does seem a tad bit big though.

And the red heading text above each section (like the text that says general stuff) is a little hard to read...but I dont know if any other color would really be any easier.

Fixed. The login typeface should now be visible. Also I made the font a tad bit smaller.

Is there any chance you are going to change the icons next to each thread. Right now its that stick looking guy haha. Its not a gripe, I was just wondering if thats in the forecast.

You could change it to a phoenix maybe, like that bird on the new album cover lol.

You read my mind dude. I actually wanted to do this exact thing. But thing is; its kind of hard for me to extract the phoenix from the artwork if you can give me a good looking hi-res picture of the phoenix I will def try my best to change the icon.

The links are almost invisible, they should have a different color, maybe yellow or orange?

Damn, yeah I tried looking for one that was hi-res and also that didnt have anything overlapping it and couldnt find one. But what I could do (or anyone really) is just scan the poster that comes with the pre-order package, and then cut the phoenix out in photoshop.

I like the new layout as well bro, but we deffo need a new banner because this one really doesn't go to well with the new *forum skin*
