| man i don't think the military is a good option.
i saw in an interview once - jah sending his love and respect out to the troops serving, but at the same time warned against anyone actually enlisting. the military will make a pawn out of you and in a way you'll be supporting the systems that the truth movement is rebelling against. iv'e watched so many documentaries on this subject, where iraq war veterans talk about how - while they're in the military they're not told why they are attacking a town or why they have to kill a bunch of (probably innocent) people. all that these people ARE told is that they are fighting terrorists (the opposite is closer to the truth). they are brainwashed into thinking that they are doing their country a great service but they don't realise that what that service really is: the capturing of strategic points and protection of pipelines that are being used to blatantly steal the OIL out from under iraq.
it's just another example of the higher echelons of the new world order using fear to control.
so in short don't join. whoa heavy. haha. would you consider studying further?

| trust me i know what you are talking about thats why i just considered it.it would be the easy way out but i didnt want to dive into what you just talked about because some people dont like talking off all that i have done alot of research and i am awake to alot of things. i dont know why i considered it probably because its what all the men in my family have done and i guess joining would be aginst some of the things i want to help stop, but what else am i to do i feel stuck if you know what i mean they have a whole system of trapping yound men who feel the same way i do and i was on the verge of falling for it thanx for helping me decide that it deff is the wrong choice ... | |

| I go to Rossford Highschool
Next year i'm going to a Vocational School for Film It's in Troy, Michigan. They have everything you'd need to get into Film/Directing/Screenwriting
There have been some big time people who went there Such as the (i think) producer of THE DARK KNIGHT either the director or the producer
But yeah, it's called Motion Picture Institute of Michigan

| ya dude dont do the military. i made the mistake of enlisting the AZ National Guard Army, my ship date is in 36 days. However, I have filed for separation and have no intentions on shipping out. They threatened to arrest me and I told them to fuck themselves. Luckily I know my GI Rights. The military is GOOD for CERTAIN people. Low IQ's specifically... or if you wanna be a cop or something but yea. Anywho, I work as a Technical Support Agent for Logitech. I do support for Logitech's WiLife Security Cameras and their SqueezeBox audio streaming product. I'm at work now. I don't have time to go to school, since I have to support myself. | |

| just think about something your passionate about (other than hed of course) and work towards creating a career in field that will utilise that passion so you aren't stuck doing something you don't enjoy. and don't let bad grades or anything else stop you, there are always ways to getting where you want to go, it may mean taking a short course over summer or whatever but once you get some experience or basic knowledge - college is the next step. | |

| ya dude as Andy_factor said, pursue only what you are passionate about. if you dont love it, its not the right thing.
for me personally, its anthropology/history (deciding between the 2). just ask yourself, what do you enjoy and what subjects did you enjoy?
go from there. | |

| Im in my second year of A levels in the UK and close to being done. I finish in May/June next year. Doing Maths, Economics and Politics. Got offers from plymouth and oxford brookes uni's to do Politics/Economics. Theres a lot of boring technicalities that you have to sludge through but once your done with that we just spend all lesson debating and argueing. Its funny cause I went to a comprehensive normal school with 1500 kids, now Im studying this stuff at an all girls grammar school with about 800 kids. As you can guess they are mostly well-off, middle/upper class white girls which live in the countryside and whose "daddy" owns several businesses. They have so many pre-conceptions and are generally stuck up. so its good fun to argue with some toffs most days Hey Phillibird what topics would you be doing in History? I did it at GCSE level and di medecine through time, WW1 and some other stuff. Some of my mates are doing it right now on the cuban missisle crisis, Vietnam the Iran contra etc. and I kinda wish I would of carried it on. | |

I am not currently 100% sure, I'm currently going through a bit of a financial time (but who isn't). Trying to figure out how to fit school in with work. However, I am big on dark/medieval ages, anything a bit more savage. I need to do some more research when I get started going to school!

| PhiliBIRD we gotta meet up at the Hed show in January man! I didnt know anyone was from AZ!
And I agree. I was signed up for the military too... it was a year ago in january that I was supposed to ship... and I bailed on the delayed entry program because of my current views on our government. I support the troops 100%, but I feel sorry for them at the same time.
Right now I work for Element Motorsports. I'm the mechanic over there. It's just a little show that sells performance parts for cars, and wheels and tires. I love my job, but the pay sucks.

| I finished school in 07 and finished my first year at uni doing a bachelor of computer based design a little while back. I've been working as a pizza boy for like 12 months and a couple weeks ago I started at a liquor store, so I'm doing 45-60 hours a week and still earning fuckall. | |
