I saw him last month when he came to San Diego. The guy who opened for him wasn't very good - didn't hold the attention of the crowd at all.
Jon LaJoie's stand-up had some movie clips in it, and he sang most of his songs. I thought it was a pretty decent live performance for a guy who got famous on internet videos!

Jon has a new CD coming out on Nov 15th. It features a sequel to this song:
I love this song. He's still one of my favorite people ever hahaha.
Oh and for those who may not know he can now be seen on THE LEAGUE on FX on Thursday nights at 10:30pm.
