its been a long haul, but im back. just not walking very far or very much...

and that show was my last mosh pit. not able to mosh anymore, or run. fuckin lame. also stuck with daily knee pain

but good thing i smoke weed and play video games. not too big of aloss. lol i hated running anyways but i did enjoy having the option..

My friend had his knee hurt and after a while he could ride his motorbike and even ski, so maybe you will recover. Get well soon
